At Gestimatech, we protect your personal information. This policy explains what data this website collects, why, and what your rights are, in accordance with Law 25 (Quebec's privacy law).
1. Who we are
Gestimatech is a Quebec software publisher (Memoras, Triago).

This website is a showcase. Our software, Memoras and Triago, have their own privacy policies.
2. What data this website collects
This website doesn't ask you to create any account. It has a single form: the inbox upkeep calculator, which asks for your email only if you want to receive your plan (see section 3). Otherwise, with your consent, it only collects browsing data through cookies:

3. The inbox upkeep calculator
The page Ton ménage de boîte tient combien de jours ? (in French) runs its calculation in your browser: your three numbers only leave your device if you ask for your plan by email. This page loads no cookies and no measurement tools.
What we ask for: your email address and your three numbers, to send you your plan. The box to also receive JF's tips is optional and unchecked by default.
- Our automation server (n8n, hosted by Hostinger) — United States (Boston). Receives your email and numbers, prepares your plan and hands it to Brevo. It does not keep your email. To block abuse, it only keeps an encrypted fingerprint of your email and IP address (never in plain text), with the date. Kept: 2 days at most, then deleted.
- Brevo (email delivery) — European Union (France, Germany, Belgium). Sends your plan to your address and keeps the log of that delivery. Kept: per Brevo's policy.
- Brevo, only if you checked the box — European Union. Keeps a contact record: your email, the source "calculator", the date and proof of your consent. You then receive JF's tips, about one email a week. Kept: until you ask for it to be deleted.
Withdrawing your consent: every tips email has an unsubscribe link; one click and you receive nothing more. Your record is not deleted automatically: to have it deleted, write to jf@gestimatech.com.
Anti-abuse limits: one plan per address per 24 hours, and a few requests per day per connection. A Cloudflare anti-bot check (Turnstile) protects the form.
4. Cookies and third-party tools
This website uses third-party tools that set cookies. They only turn on after you give your consent.

5. Transfers outside Quebec
Some of these providers are located in the United States. Your browsing data may therefore be processed outside Quebec. If you ask the calculator for your plan, your email also goes through our automation server in the United States and through Brevo in the European Union (see section 3). We choose recognized providers and we put safeguards around these transfers. For details, write to us at jf@gestimatech.com.

7. Your rights
Under Law 25, you have the right to access your information, have it corrected, withdraw your consent, object to its use and file a complaint.
To exercise any of these rights: jf@gestimatech.com. We reply within 30 days. If we refuse, you can file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
8. Your consent
Measurement and advertising tools only load after you agree. You can withdraw your consent at any time: clear the cookies in your browser, or write to us.
9. Security
The website is served over HTTPS (encrypted exchanges). We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always here, with its date of last update.
